What we collect

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send us. If you register for The MEND Experience, we also collect your phone number, city and state, and your answers to the registration questions. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal details such as health, recovery, or housing information through these forms. Our website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your contact information for one purpose: to respond to you.

Where it goes and who can see it

Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms (see Netlify's privacy policy) and delivered to MEND's staff inbox. They are accessible only to our founder and our administrator. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to help you, and we review and delete old messages annually.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to delete messages you have sent us. Email info@mendjourney.org and we will confirm when it is done.

Participants and stories

MEND never publishes a participant's name, photo, or story without her documented written consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time, in which case the content comes down.
